Customers happy with the Implemented Integrated Insurance System

To serve its esteemed customers with fast, reliable and dependable capacity, Lion Insurance company (S.c) has already implemented an Integrated Insurance and Financial System in all its branches nationwide. The integrated system is a web-based, accessible from any branch offices in Ethiopia and centrally managed with a central Data-center, located at the headquarters of the insurance company.  

The Integrated System has three main modules: A Module for the Underwriting, for the Claims and for the Finance departments. Since the system is integrated, there is easy customer information authorized sharing among departments of the company.  The integrated system has greatly enhanced the service delivery of the company and customers do not have complaints about delays in searching their files when they request for a service because every customer related information can easily be found in the system.

Furthermore, a customer of any specific branch can request for a service in any nearby branch that has never been a customer to that branch before.

According to a limited feedback collected from the customers, the automated Integrated Insurance and Financial System has improved the service delivery of the insurance company and customers are happy with the improvements.
